I’d say this build might see more use as it can be quite dangerous if put in the right hands. It's super cool that it's also a core build with cheap gear, runes, and sigils in the trading post. With the latest patch in mind, making shield mandatory for this build, it gives extra sustain through blocks, so taking eagle rune doesn’t feel bad anymore and is completely justified.
